Ex -situ bioremediation

Bioremediation is a completely safe and natural process of cleaning up organic contaminants through the use of microbes. There are two types of ex-situ bioremediation treatments which are slurry phase (soils are mixed in water to form a slurry) or solid phase whereby soils are placed in a cell or building and tilled with added water. Ex-situ end products are typically carbon dioxide and water.
