Clear Regeneration

Ground Water remediation services

Soil Vapour extraction

This technology removes volatile organic components from the soil in-situ through the use of vapour extraction wells. To strip and flush contaminates into the air stream for further treatment. Clear regeneration will examine and implement an effective soil vapour extraction system.
Benefits: The vacuum extraction process can readily be applied to large areas of a site and with careful design can be tailored to control and remove a broader range of contaminants. As the treatment for SVE is in situ this reduces both risk and cost.

Air Sparging

Air Sparging involves injecting air or oxygen below groundwater to strip or flush out volatile contaminants. Air sparging is often used in conjunction with Soil vapour extraction.

Benefits: Increased supply of oxygen enhances any bio remedial activity.
No water extraction and surface treatment required. Low maintenance/low cost remediation option

Pump and Treat

Removal of contaminated groundwater for subsequent treatment at surface, followed by disposal.
Contaminated water (surface or groundwater) is placed through a series of filters containing a chemical matrix which removes the contaminants as water passes through.

Benefits: Can typically be installed as an unobtrusive system which can be extended over large areas. Depending upon ground conditions, the system often remains operational for extended periods to achieve previously measured criteria.
